anyone have a cool site? I was going to do it, but wonder if it's really worth it, I don't know how to do all the cool stuff and put pics up...Is it mostly a younger crowd and bands, do you parents have it too? Just wondering...?

I hate myspace it sucks, i almost lost a friend to a rapiest on there. so to everyone who has an account on there GOOD LUCK and be carefull.

I didn't like it at all. There are mostly younger people using it, but that's not why I didn't like it (although that didn't make an ol' fogey like me feel comfy either). Less than 24 hours after starting my page and including in my profile that I'm a "happily" married woman some pervert contacted me about being friends with "benefits". Ugh.

I like myspace. It has kept me in contact with some of the friends I graduated with and with some of my new and old co-workers. Once you sign up it's pretty easy to set up your page; the directions are very simple. Before I joined I thought it would be complicated as well. People of all ages have pages, but really not anyone under the age of 16. Try it, what have you got to lose?

I've seen a lot of profiles by girls being set to private now on that site. It's probably telling you a lot about the rampant stalking and deviance of that site.

Tried it and it didn't interest me none-whatsoever. I guess it is a young thing, but then again, I saw some old folk on their also. I know that my nieces and nephews go there often, I just tell them to be mindful and careful constantly.

It depends. I am not on it everyday. I just go on it to contact friends and check my egroups. To be honest, I wish that there were more sites for people my age.

I DESPISE it. It's dangerous and a complete waste of time. I personally know two people who were raped because of Myspace, and there was another at my school. I don't have one, my friends don't have one, and NO one in my family has a myspace. We all think it's a piece of crap.

I hate it. It's a GIGANTIC PERSONALS AD. I don't think I need people I don't even know judging me based solely on the pictures I put up. Because honestly? How many of you actually /read/ the profiles you skip through?
