please help me with this.

okay so, i know when you download photoshop you can make layouts, banners and whatnot.

but i need a photoshop site exactly like that WITHOUT the downloading so i can make banners and layouts for my friends bands and stuff.

i need like good quality professional sites, not the ones with not so good layouts %26amp; banners.
