I need something new to listen to.?

So I have been having a terrible time listening to music lately because everything just sounds the same. I was into a lot of the blink 182, the offspring etc. sort of music when I was younger than I got into some indi hip-hop like sage Francis and brotha ali. But lately all of the new stuff is starting to sound like the old stuff. Someone tell me a bad that is innovative but still within my taste of the examples that I gave. My favorite band now is www.myspace.com/flobots just to give another reference. Please someone inform me of a band that i'm missing out on!!!!

but what i do when i want to hear something new, is to go to one of my favorite band's myspaces, and check out some of the bands on their top friends. and if i like the new band i found, i check out their top friends, and it goes on an on
