okay....ive been getting kicks for about a week now..little ones, but today i havent gotten one at all until a minute ago, i was starting to get worried, anyways i opened my friends myspace page and forgot the volume was all the way up on my laptop...she has loud metal band music on her myspace (which i dont care for) anyways...as i soon as it turned on i shut it off...but before i could the baby kicked, which im happy about..but do you think it was a happy kick or a "you're disturbing me" type of kick lol.

When I was pregnant with my first, everytime I had to raise my voice, my daughter would get the hiccups! It was weird... But every single time! LOL

loud noises can startle them, but not hurt them. baby was probably just chillin!

when i was pregnant i was staying at my boyfriends moms house we was staying in a single bed and hes like 6ft 3 and my belly was huge and when we used to go to bed the baby hated being squashed between us and would spend all night kicking his dad in the back i could sleep through it as i was used to it but it would wake my bf up lol ....

I'd say it was a startled kick! When I'm watching t.v. and it's relatively quite and I start laughing she'll always startle and kick, i always get a good laugh out of it!

Actually studies have shown that babies in the womb respond to rock music. It's a good kick, it means I can hear it so I kick.

Like the first person said, any kick is a good kick! From now on, try not to let those loud noises slip.....it could be a "your disturbing me" kick, but it is reassuring....do don't fret it!

Aww how cute. Just like everyone else is saying any kick is a good kick. Maybe the loud music just startled the baby and woke it or something or just scared the little one.
